MLB Baseball Draft Live on Twitter

Fans of US Major League Baseball (MLB) will be able to feel the action of the draft via Twitter. MLB.com has created a special Twitter account, @MLBDraft, which will operate alongside the site’s other coverage of the 2009 First-Year Player Draft.
Fans will be able to keep up with the draft action via the MLB Draft Caster and also follow along on Twitter. On Twitter there will also be a chance to listen to and interact with draft experts from MLB.com. In addition there are a number of “potential first round picks” already on twitter. These include:
- @Michael_Trout (Mike Trout)
- @Drew Storen (Drew Storen)
- @JacobMarisnick (Jake Marisnick)
- @Eric Arnett (Eric Arnett)
Baseball fans can use the hashtag #MLBdraft to have their tweets displayed on the MLB.com Draft Caster and tracker.
